By creating an account, the parent or legal guardian confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use on behalf of themselves and the child using this platform. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Future Builders Academy ("FBA," "we," "us"), an online personalised learning platform operated by Fortify Solutions Inc., Calgary, Alberta, Canada. By accessing or using FBA, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the parent or legal guardian) and Fortify Solutions Inc. Use of this service by or on behalf of any person under 18 years of age requires explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian.
FBA is intended for students in Grades 5 through 12 (approximately ages 10–18). Accounts must be created by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older. Children may not create their own accounts. By registering, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child who will use the platform.
Use of this platform is available worldwide, subject to applicable local laws. We do not knowingly provide services to individuals in jurisdictions where such use is prohibited by law.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and Parent Safety PIN. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at privacy@fbalearning.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorised use of your account where you have not taken reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
This platform may be used only for legitimate educational purposes aligned with the Grade 5 to 12 school curriculum. You must not:
- Attempt to bypass, manipulate, or misuse the content safety system
- Share account credentials with any person other than the registered student
- Use the platform to generate, distribute, or access content that is unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate for minors
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the platform
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Violations of the acceptable use policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
FBA offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed automatically on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

The Future Builders Academy Learning OS — including all software, lesson content, AI-generated output, user interface, design, and branding — is the proprietary intellectual property of Future Builders Academy, operated by Fortify Solutions Inc. All rights reserved.
Protected under the Canadian Copyright Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-42). Trademark application pending at the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO), Class 41, Education and Training Services.
Unauthorised copying, reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.
Content generated by the platform during a lesson or practice session is provided for the registered student's personal educational use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or published.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Future Builders Academy and Fortify Solutions Inc. disclaim all liability for:
- Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated lesson content
- Academic outcomes, grades, or results
- Technical interruptions, downtime, or data loss
- Decisions made based on AI-generated content
This platform is provided for supplementary educational use only and does not constitute professional educational, psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice of any kind.
Nothing in this clause limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law in your jurisdiction. Users in the European Union and Australia retain all statutory consumer rights applicable under their local mandatory laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Users in the European Union retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their EU member state in addition to Canadian courts. Users in Australia retain the right to bring proceedings before Australian courts. Nothing in this clause removes or limits any statutory rights available to consumers under the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
For disputes, we encourage you to contact us first at hello@fbalearning.com. We aim to resolve all complaints within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the registered parent/guardian address and/or by a notice within the platform. Where required by applicable law (including GDPR), we will obtain renewed consent before continued use proceeds under updated terms.
Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Previous versions are available on request from privacy@fbalearning.com.
